Order Status

At WHOBREY, we strive to ensure your order is processed accurately and delivered promptly. We process all orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing.

Domestic Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates are determined based on zip code and are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for unanticipated carrier delays, as these are not within our control. All orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Kentucky.

We only ship domestically within the United States. We do not ship internationally. 

We do not ship to PO box addresses. 

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you should need to cancel an order or make changes to an order, please email whobrey@whobreythreads.com for your requests and assistance. We will strive to accommodate cancellations; however, an order cannot be cancelled once it is packaged and ready for shipment.
